I am a teacher, explorer and systems-thinker on a mission to co-create ‘the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible’.

I sometimes call myself an inconvenient woman. Not content with the status quo, I choose to swim upstream against the tide of ‘business as usual’ to work towards a healthier future for people and planet. Across my work, I like to ask big, deep, often inconvenient questions:

What is the point of school?
What does it mean to be a ‘good’ human?
What sort of learning do we need for our changing world?

By asking deep questions, we help widen our awareness by opening ourselves up to new possibilities opportunities, new perspectives and new futures for how to live well, learn well and be well together on this one planet we all call home.

My work is centred around helping schools develop and embed a culture of care: Self-Care, People-Care and Earth-Care, to allow and enable a future of Triple WellBeing, where people and planet thrive together.

As a leader and educator with experience teaching and training in communities across the world, I hold a wide range of skills and competencies including:

  • Systems Thinking & Systems-Change Dynamics

  • Critical Competencies and Emotional Intelligence

  • Holistic wellbeing

  • Ecopsychology

  • Global and Cultural Awareness
