WORKSHOP: Practising Triple WellBeing in a VUCA world

As our world changes, there is a growing awareness of the need to co-create a healthier future for people and planet, with our education system needing to ensure it is fit for purpose in preparing young people with the knowledge, skills, practices and perspectives they need to flourish in a VUCA world.

With over a decade of action-research culminating in a Triple WellBeing framework to support whole-system wellbeing, this personal and professional training draws upon a rich landscape of research and practice to share simple, powerful approaches towards healthier futures.

This 1 hour immersive workshop will give you the tools and guidance to practice Triple WellBeing in your own life and in the classroom. In this training we will:

  • Take a look at some of the root causes of our nested crises

  • Engage with cutting-edge neuroscience to better understand how to allow and enable personal, social and environmental wellbeing in our schools

  • Explore systems thinking to understand the interdependence of our world

  • Learn from natural system thriving to understand how to create a culture of wellbeing

  • Develop strategies to move from ‘just surviving’ to ‘actively thriving’

  • Gain techniques to better understand and respond to the social and emotional development needs of ourselves and young people

Join Director of Learning Rachel Musson as we explore the sort of learning we need to meet the challenges and opportunities of our changing world. We’ll be sharing a simple, powerful Triple WellBeing framework as a way of nurturing personal, social and environmental wellbeing through the practices of Self-Care, People-Care and Earth-Care.
