In this interactive workshop, I will be introducing the process of Regenerating Leadership in schools. The interactive session will think about why we need a different approach to leadership for our VUCA world. The session will introduce the practice of systems thinking, understanding why we’re seeing cracks in the education system and how to revitalise, rather than plaster over the holes. We’ll touch briefly on the neuroscience of whole-system wellbeing, understanding how and why relationships sit at the heart of a thriving community and what our role is as leaders in enabling and allowing a healthy future for people and planet.
