Starting 9th September, the Regenerating Leadership Course is a one-year partnership programme for schools, aiming to breathe new life into education at a personal, operational and systemic level. We’ll be applying the learning of modern neuroscience with the work of systems-thinkers, psychologists and pioneering educators. We’re bringing our own leadership and teaching experience together with leadership coaching, indigenous wisdom and - of course - the inherent needs for human and natural-system flourishing. The course will help develop your inner world, challenge your thoughts and assumptions and move from visionary to practical design-processes to support schools in creating a culture of thriving. With this comes embedded CPD for teachers, a whole-school curriculum for all students plus training and support for the parent community.
